Hi I’m Yo Clark.
Mom of 4 tiny humans, wife to the best, and a creator who fell in love with caramel apples back in 2015.
What started in my home kitchen has grown into something far sweeter than I ever imagined. I’ve now taught women and teens all over the world how to make beautiful gourmet apples and many of them have turned that skill into real thriving businesses.
Watching someone take a recipe I love, make it their own, and turn it into a dream they’ve always had is incredible.
Seeing my students sell in their communities (all over the world!), build confidence, interact with customers and light up with excitement knowing they created something meaningful is the best part of it all.
This little recipe does more than teach caramel
